Striving to get started … « Ready ? » : NO ! « Steady ? » : NO, NO ! … Sure, not ready TO GO !

Hi ! Everyone !
A new school year, a new step in my life, a new blog, but old friends and users, and the same desire to transmit, the same passion for English , the same urge to make this beloved language interesting for people who, at first, wouldn’t be interested, and a DEEP, DEEP craving for talking and meeting people from far-away countries, … (please, forgive me for all the (computing) mistakes I am bound to make (and others!)… for my hesitations, my steps backwards, my repetitions …) I also have a huge desire to let you talk and suggest (with intelligence and moderation, of course …)
« My » former : http://mistralangues94.canalblog.com/ page, born in Summer 2007, has been passed on into very competent and friendly younger hands and younger heads. It will, I hope and don’t doubt, go on prospering and thriving without my contribution, helping students cope with the High School requirements. Let us wish it a long, happy, useful , successful and pleasant life !
As for me, not being able to accept such a brutal change and stop in my life, I have decided to try and cope in a different way : with a completely unknown « tool », a new blog which will not deny or contradict the former one, (how could it?), but which will try to have a double point of view : from inside, and outside the school system. The former teacher in me can’t disappear, but the new, free, experienced woman is impatient to try to blossom for as long as « reasonably possible »…
I know that « change can feel like death, but how we experience it is up to everyone » … I refuse to give up and grow old too fast … Quite a challenge, isn’t it ? …
This tremendous step couldn’t have hoped even to start without the persistent and invaluable help given by MEHDI REJRAJI, an excellent student of mine (both at English and Computing). Not only did he kindly spend a part of his Summer holiday trying to find « the » space and possibilities to host this blog, but he also transferred part of the ressources we had gathered in the former one (a certain number of which I still can’t figure out how to make fit in this new « pattern ».
Mehdi really took matters into his own very very competent hands, knowing what a dummy I am, and has now offered to help me through my inevitably painful beginnings. All my sincere thanks and gratefulness (and also condolences, or rather « sympathy »…) to him …
Now, give me a few days and I hope English Forever After will find its own pace and place, thanks to all of those who’ll help! Suggestions will be appreciated … Many things are going to change and evolve with time, and I hope, « coming competence » ! Be patient and give me a chance . Here is an address not to forget :
